Returns
Customers may request a return if the product received is damaged, defective, incorrect, or not as described. Return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the product. Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in original condition with all packaging and accessories intact.
Certain items such as personal care or hygiene products, or items damaged due to misuse, are not eligible for return.
Return Process
To request a return, contact us via email with your order number and clear photos or video evidence of the issue. Once approved, our team will guide you through the return process.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method or an alternative agreed method.
Shipping Charges
Delivery or shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake or defective product from BestChoiceMart.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled only before shipment. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.
